Fredrick J. Biedermann, Esq. practices in the firm’s pre-litigation department. Fredrick is, most recently, a former insurance defense attorney who is now fighting against insurance companies for his clients who were injured as result of the negligence of others and to help them obtain compensation they are legally entitled to.

Fredrick was born in Los Angeles, California and has been a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada since 2000. Fredrick has practiced law in Nevada for the past 14 years since he passed the Nevada Bar in 2010.  Fredrick has legal experience in the areas of title insurance defense, general insurance defense, consumer finance litigation, real estate litigation, family law, and probate and trust litigation. Fredrick is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Arizona.

Fredrick obtained his Juris Doctor from University of La Verne College of Law in 2010 where he participated in the Moot Court program and competed in the Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition. While in law school, Fredrick completed an internship for the Clark County District Attorney’s Office. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in business management from Brigham Young University in 2000.

In his free time, Fredrick enjoys spending time with his two dogs, hiking, visiting national parks and theme parks around the country.
